Name: Last Name, First Name *Uchiha aren't allowed, only a select few users will be allowed to have the Uchiha name. Hyuuga is allowed but only if you're in that clan*
Nickname: For a lower-ranked Ninja, this may be something your close friends call you. For Higher Ranked Shinobi or Nukenin this is more of a title, therefore it is permitted if you change the template field of Nickname to Title. It is common that this field is left blank for lower rankers and is considered optional.

Alternative Appearance: Is there an outfit that you where when you're doing casual things, training, or out on missions?
Personality: How does your character act? His likes, dislikes etc...
Background: Give us a little information about your character's past.
Nindō: Also known as a Ninja Way, Nindō is a rule and/or motto an particular shinobi will live by. A ninja's nindō can be anything no matter how immoral their personal point of view is. Naruto's Nindō was "I'm not gonna run away. I never go back on my word, that is my Nindō! My ninja way!" The main point of this would be that he will never go back on his word. Your characters Nindō will be how he or she lives their life and should reflect on their personality. Think very carefully about your Ninja Way and consider your affiliations, if your associated with a village, it would not be wise to have your Ninja Way to exact revenge on that nation.

Combat Style: How does your character like to fight? Hit and run tactics, a fearless tank on the battlefield or do you lurk in the shadows and kill silently. There are many different tactics and here is where you can write a brief description of the combat style in which encapsulates your character.
Specialties: First; Second. Everybody is permitted two specialties. Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Medical or Puppetry.
Elemental Affinities: There are five basic types into which the nature of chakra can be transformed, called the Five Elements Nature Transformations. These five types are also called elements and are not only the origin of the names of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, but also the foundation of all elemental ninjutsu. The five basic natures are all connected to each other in a circle, each being weaker than one and stronger than another.
Rank Title: Rank: What rank is your shinobi, there is only four options here on Ultimate Shinobi, which are C, B, A and S. C-rank is Genin, B-rank Chuunin, A-rank Jounin, S-rank Kages. Everybody should be Genin unless a Administrator gives the user permission to go above genin rank. Otherwise you start as genin.
Team: This is optional, if your character is in a team, make sure to fill this in with the team name and link it to the team's registry page. If you have no team, just write None.
Strength in Jutsu: Ranging from 1 - 10, 1 being lowest 10 being highest
