The Lightning Country is a large peninsula like country and is one of the largest in the ninja world. It only shares a border with one unknown country making it secluded from other countries. They are host to Kumogakure, Village Hidden in the Clouds which a large section of their population lives. The Lightning Country is oriented towards the element of Lightning as vicious lightning and thunder storms are a common occurance within the land. The Lightning County is divided by a vast snowy and rocky mountain range, with numerous rivers running from it out to sea. Hot springs are also prevalent and villages exist all around the country, protected by its valleys and peaks. The Country has picturesk views and has a mild climate in the summer and a cold one in the winter. It's economy is good, since it is one of the Five Great Countries.
