PUPPETRY SYSTEM
1. No puppeteer may use a puppet that is above them in rank. This means that if you are a genin. You can only use a puppet that has the rank of D - C. If you are a chunin, you can use puppets of C - B, and if you are a jounin. You can use puppets of B - A. As for kage they can use A - S. Chunin and above can use any specific rank puppet that does not cross through the puppeteers own rank.
2. Puppets may only be made from wood, as it is the most appropriate and versatile material to construct a combat capable marionette, however metals parts may be added, but not the whole thing could be made out of metal or any other material.
3. The puppets have no chakra or stamina and no skills except for speed and agility. A puppets speed is one rank lower than their puppeteers.
4. Human puppets require Staff approval and must be made from a real ninja, not an NPC or someone mentioned in your history. You must also either have the body in your possession (intact, rotting corpses do not make good puppets and you will not be able to use that body's abilities) or have a human puppet given to you in RP by someone who has a human puppet.
5. When manipulating a puppet during a battle the puppeteer may use any items, and abilities that the puppet has itself. The only equipment and abilities that the puppet can use, is the equipment and abilities that it has been created with. The puppeteer cannot use any equipment or abilities that the puppet does not have. It will be known as God-modding.
6. Puppeteers may only control a certain amount of puppets based on thier puppetry skill level (Max: 3 different puppets). Personal attacks on puppeteers do not effect their puppets directly. Each rank of puppet will have capacity for a determined amount of traps and enhancements/parts.
Puppet Ranking System
Every puppet is equipped with a certain number of slots. These slots include abilities for puppets, and the slots can be fitted with:
1. Regular melee weapons such as swords and spears - 1 Slot required
• Basic Swords: The swords equipped on the puppets are not sharp. They are made out of weak steal that can be broken by any equipment or technique above D rank. The swords are also not made out of chakra.
• Basic Spears: The spears equipped on the puppets are sharp. They are made out of wood, which would make these easily broken, but these spears can be broken by any techniques or equipments above D rank. The spears are also not made out of chakra.
2. Basic projectile launchers e.g firing kunai, shuriken - 1 Slot required
• Regular Kunai: These are regular simple Kunais, only different thing is that they are equipped on a puppet. The limit of kunai are exactly three each for a puppet. The kunai is sharp like any other kunai.
• Regular Shuriken: These are regular simple Shurikens, only different thing is that they are equipped on a puppet. The limit of shuriken are exactly two each for a puppet. The shuriken is sharp like any other shuriken.
3. Poison Smoke Bombs & Deadly Needles - 2 Slots Required
• Poison Smoke Bomb: The poison smoke bombs are poisonous and take effect once the opponent gets hit by. It would take a total of thirty minutes (Three posts) before the poison will actually kill the person effected by it. Healing techniques of D - C can recover this poison.
• Deadly Needles: These needles are pretty deadly cause of there sharpness. A puppet can hold exactly 15 needles, and the puppet can also shoot them incredibly fast. These needles are not poisonous.
4. Small body modifications such as extendible arms, rotating heads etc. - 2 Slots required
5. Large body modifications such as person-trapping compartments, tails etc. - 3 Slots required
- Elemental launchers e.g flamethrowers, high pressure water cannons - 4 Slots required
- Chakra-based weaponry e.g. chakra swords, axes etc. - 4 Slots required
• No puppet may be fitted with both an elemental launcher and chakra-based weaponry; only one at a time

HUMAN PUPPETRY SYSTEM
Hitokugutsu is a forbidden ninja art that allows a puppeteer to create puppets from human corpses. In order for you to use a human puppet, you must kill a real shinobi in the shinobi world. Depending on the shinobi you killed, the human puppets rank will be one rank above the real shinobi the puppet took. If the shinobi is a rank of D - C, than the Human puppet will be made out of wood. If the shinobi is a B - A rank, than the Human puppet will be made out of steal. If the shinobi was a S rank, than the Human puppet will be made out of metal. These puppets are different from normal ones, as they retain their use of chakra and any techniques once acquired. Keep in mind that Human Puppets are by no means allowed to retain their former self's Kekkei Genkai or Clan-based jutsu.
How to Obtain a Human Puppet
Must have both Puppetry and Medical Skill Specialties.
Must be a Jounin Rank or Higher [S-ranked]
Puppet must have been a player-controlled character on Naruto Heki Taitoku.
This body must not have sustained any more than minor cosmetic damage.
This body must be obtained and stored/sealed immediately after death, either by the puppeteer or an associate
Once the puppeteer is in possession of a corpse that fulfils these three conditions, the creation process may begin.

This puppet retains all jutsu that the original body possessed and carries half the chakra stores of the original puppet. A Human puppet will also have an additional slot boost, by about ten more slots for all ranks.

Jutsu Name: Hitokyoushi no Jutsu – Human Puppet Binding Technique
Rank: A
Status: Kugutsu
Element: None.
Description: Hitokyoushi no Jutsu is a forbidden ninja technique that allows the user to make a puppet which can contain and use chakra. This is done by making a living human into a puppet. The user requires a human corpse in near-pristine condition to begin with. The puppeteer then must perform an extremely long and complex process that takes 7 days wherein which all human elements of the body are replaced with synthetic parts. The head, torso, left arm, right arm, left leg, and right leg will undergo this process with each limb taking one day and the torso taking two days. This process requires that:
The user post once every day for the seven day period
Must post a minimum of 600 words describing the removal, creation and replacement of the limb for that day.
Is not allowed to perform it within the confines of the village, due to it being forbidden
Is not allowed to be attacked/confronted during this process or that particular limb will be set-back for another 2 days. This means if you are in the process of changing a limb and you are attacked, you MUST have to re-roleplay that limb or any other limb still needing to be converted another 2 days from the date of the attack, therefore postponing the overall procedure.
